OK I'm crazy. I just went to car cash to have them buy my 2001 A6 2.7T. Economy is killing me. Big pay cut at work is forcing me to dump expenses.

They offered me $35,000 for the following. 2001, 16,500 miles with Premium Package, Preferred Luxury Package, Sport Package, Cold Weather Package, Automatic, Bose, CD changer, and Xenon Lights. Is this fair? I feel I could probably do better in a private transaction but it seems it may be cleaner with car cash.

Is my warranty and maintenance transferrable to the next buyer?

Thanks...soon to be in mourning over the loss of my Audi!

http://briefcase.yahoo.com/fredryan_98</a

How many other offers have you had? How much did you pay for the car? What are similar cars selling for in your area? What does your dealer have to say?

Unfortunately, selling a "new" car is a great way to lose a lot of money.

I Know ... I have no choice but to sell. No need to make me feel worse!

I saw a similar but MY 2000 2.7 at my local NJ Audi dealer about two months ago. 17,000+ miles, Pearl White. Asking price was $35,900. Does not seem your offer is out of line.

I just bought that one 3 weeks ago. My first Audi. What a delight to drive.
However, it did not have the sports suspension, and I prefer stiffer handling vehicles. So it looks like I am going to catch that ever present and expensive "Mod Virus."

Any opinions on uprgrading a 2000 2.7T to the 2001 PSK suspesion?

Actually, I bought it from Audi of Mendham.
They brought the car over from the Bernardsville dealership.
Great people and service.

And the car is awesome.
