I put on 17" wheels w/SP9000 and loved the change: both in steering feel and tightening of the suspension. Is it worth it to go with the SportSprings?
I have a Boxster for track/high performance so just want good sport sedan family car.

I have the eibach springs and love the results. The improvement in cornering and the lack of any body roll are the main benefits. I also think it looks better but I dont have the 17's yet. Can't wait and can't decide. What kind of wheels did you choose? Any pics.

I got some of the last Fittipaldi's Polaris. I think they look great and easy to clean.

Not that I'm biased, but I did the wheels first, as you have (17"). It helped on cornering grip, but I still got some roll. After doing the Eibach springs, it really changed the cornering. You could actually accelerate through the corners with confidence, combining the better grip of the 17" tires, and the reduced roll of the springs.

It's still a comfortable daily driver (have 3 kids!). The nice part is what it will do with the car seats removed... :-)

Are there springs available which only lower the car as far as the PSK does, instead of the additional 20mm of the Eibachs?

I have an 01 2.7 with 17" ATP Rivas. I would like to drop it an inch or so. But with the non sport shocks I have some concerns.

For only about $200 you can have the PSK rear Bar installed (2mm thicker). It really makes a different. If you still want more roll control then do the springs....

Good luck.

I have'nt done the springs but I did get a set of S4 wheels which look great. I think my dealer still has a set left. Take offs from new S4, unused, good price complete with tires. E.Mail for his number if you are interested.

For looks alone the Eibachs are worth it. I agree with others comments re; handling etc. Not sure if the stock dampers are a proper match, nor is Eibach going ahead with a 2.7T specific damper set as orig. anticipated. Would love to have 17" wheels and hope to do so in the near term. The BBS CH look great but apparently available in 18 x 8.5 only. I think this would be "too much" in terms of ride quality and possibly fitment? Any thoughts on the latter,ie, BBS CH with 35mm lower Eibachs?
