I am completely at a loss... as to why pricing must be kept SOOoooo secret on this car... Who are they trying to fool here? Audi has already said they plan on having the base price below the M3... we know its not gonna be by much... are they jacking the price up now that it won a C&D comparo? they should discount the damn thing $1000 just for puttin' junky ass **** tires on it... either commit and give us S02 Pole Positions like all the other real cars or give us Blizzaks... I hate compromises... My way or the highway! haha...

Audi, come on... be easy to do business with... try and separate yourselves from the rest of the ****bag manufacturers out there...

What I was told is that, the car will be $5-6000 less than the M3. This came from the Sales manager at my local dealership. The mod-crazy mechanic at my dealership said that "he heard it may be as low as $33,000, and at that price he will buy one". I am inclinded to agree that a $33,000 S4 would be the buy of the year. My dealer hasn't even sold the first S4 on order. I am going to go there tommorrow and see if I can negotiate a good deal on the pre-ordered car. That is if it doesn't have the Bose stereo.

That's $5-6K below the E46 M3 in all likelyhood. There is no way Audi will sell the S4 at that price $33-35K (Although I wish they would since I am getting one!)
