Going for my last warrantied scheduled service, my closest dealer had a month wait, so hopefully Bellavia can fit me in sooner. I'm going to get the LCAs replaced, but is there any other potential wear and tears I should have them check out now as a preemptive strike?

Mine just required replacement at 47K, three months after warranty expired. Might be worth checking.

Prior to my 45,000 mile service, I was under the car putting on my new exhaust system and I noticed oil seeping out of the axle seals on the rear differential housing. I told the service advisor about it and they replaced both axle seals.

Someone last week posted the idea of taking your car to an independent (non-dealer) Audi/VW service person and pay the $50 to $75 to have them do a complete inspection on your car and come up with a list. I thought it was a great idea.

just as my BMW warranty was running out, I asked them to do the same thing. They said they could only investigate and/or repair specific complaints; I assume each problem has a code like at the doctor's office and this is the only way to get reimbursement from BMW. I wouldn't be surprised if most carmakers were this way. So you might need to create a list of "problems" so they can code them and be happy.
