How u guys deal with different kind of A4's antenna plug when u installed aftermarket unit especially japannese brand (I have Sony). Do I need some kind of special adapter or just splice factory antenna wire and use male plug which is supplied with the Sony Unit. Will doin thist deteriorate signal reception?

Any advice will be highly appreciated?

I believe this is what the shop used for mine. Any car stereo shop can tell you the right adapter.
