I was at my dealer a few days ago, and they had two 1999 1.8T A4's that only had Tiptronic transmissions - no quattro, no sunroof, nothing - just the Tip. The MSRP on one these beauties was about $25,365. If my math is correct, the price for one at 5% over invoice would be $23,565.35, and that's with destination charge. An A4 for under $24k - how many people can say that? <p>One was the Melange color, and I can't remember if the other was white or black - they had quite a few A4's that I looked at. Drop the tip and give me quattro and it would probably already be in my driveway.<p>This dealer also has a couple of 1.8T Avants, a ton of A6's, a few A8's. They also have a good selection of used Audi's, including a '93 S4. I was looking at a '90 Couple Quattro until they sold it, and they also have a new '98 Cabriolet that they have on "clearance".
