View Full Version : Anyone replace BOSE subwoofers as written in FAQ to cure boominess??? Mark 08-02-1999, 07:46 AM With the little time I did listen to the Bose system while cecking out an A4 I could tell right away - the boominess. Don't like it and was wondering how much improvement it makes to replace the subwoofers as in FAQ's write up? The base is much tighter but I think that you might loose a little responsiveness at very low volume settings. I Think it is worth the work - only takes 1 hour!!!!
