I haven't used the Audi paint, but every other touch up paint (even the cheap stuff) I've used has been of a high enough quality that waxing isn't a problem.

I have a "Light Aluminum Silver" touchup kit. This particular color has the base color and clear coat applications. Once they've dried sufficiently, they are completely waxable.
