Well, I'm not that close - but I am 200 km north of Edmonton, Albera. I bet I'm one of the most northerly A4 owners in Canada. I'll let you guys know how my 98A41.8T performs up here this winter. Last winter, we saw -45C a couple days (not too often, but it can happen!). Bring on the snow - I'm anxious to try out the quattro!
Grande Prairie, Albera
Brent

Last year an A4 owner in Fairbanks stated that he saw a C5 Transport plane
being unloaded with multiple Audis on it....apparently doing some COLD
weather testing....
I don't know my geography very well...are you more north, or was he in
Fairbanks?
Steve S.
97 2.8QM

Ohhh ya, Fairbanks is definitely further north - perhaps 300 miles more north. I'm not sure if they would be any colder though as they would be tempered 'somewhat' by there proximity to the ocean. Probably a very similar winter climate - although they would have a few more hours in the dark in December/January/February than me. My ave. Jan. temperatures is something like -15C day/-25C nite. That's averages, it can get worse!!!

Used to live in Clagary, what heinous crime did you commit or run from to end up in GP?
BTW, Down here in MT we don't have numerical speed limits, the currency is worth 40-50% more, and it gets to -50 occasionally!
