..if something happens to your car that is covered under warranty, be it faulty mechanics or scheduled maintanance? A dealer is telling me that they will provide a loaner to me if I buy FROM THEM. But I want to know if I buy an A4 somewhere else, and I bring the car in for service at the dealer nearest to my house, is a loaner provided as per the warranty...or do they have the right to turn me down?
Thanks
Christian

If your car is out of service for more than a day,AoA WILL reimburse the dealer for a car for you to drive. A loaner for routine service stops is not required by AoA,BUT one of the 11 money questions that a service customer is asked on the follow-up phone survey is "Did the dealer offer you alternate transportation...," so he is $$$ penalized if too many customers answer "No."
