The procedure in the past has been that the dealer submits a form to AoA with all your car info, along w/copies of orig. order and deposit at the time you take delivery of the car. If the price of the car had increased between the time that you ordered it and the time that you took delivery, AoA will rebate the dealer the difference. Needless to say, you have also kept a copy of your orig. order and deposit as assurance.
