Hi All,
With this last heat wave we got in CA, I'm sure it's nothing compared to East coast heat+humidity, but it started me thinking about how the seat could be cooled. Don't get me wrong, I love my A4. But while my front side is feeling the 70 degree AC, my backside (back and butt) is hot!
I have the leatherette in my 99.5 and there are these little pin holes on the seat, I'm sure most of you know them. How cool would it be if air got circulated through them....kinda like a air hockey table. Then Audi could trully call it an All-Weather pkg. =)
I know I can't be the only one with a hot back during hot weather.
Food for thought.
Ed
99.5 1.8TQMS with Friday fever!

and I could notice the fan for only the first few minutes I was in the car. It was a fair weather day in February in Austin, TX so it really isn't fair for me to say I wasn't impressed with it. Now, on a hot Austin summer day (or East coast day this summer) I might have been able to appreciate it a little more. Nice design idea, though. Until it breaks.
parkerpt
99.5 1.8T qms
