I accidently dropped a pen down between the dash and the windshield. I nee to remove the pan and have been unable to locate it either with a small magnetic pickup, or attempting to remove the protection in the passenger side footwell. Does anybody know how to pull out the glove box and the lower footwell cover for the dash? Any other suggections?
Thanks,
pjfjr

I keep coins in the ashtray, but recently lost a dime under the ashtray and it kind of jams things up. I took out the tray inside the ashtray, but I still can't get to it. Has anyone else had or figured out how to solve this problem?
Thanks
Andrew

I'll split it with whoever can tell me how to get it out!

At the top of the glove box when its open are two round tabs. Just squeeze them together and the whole box flips towards the floor. A couple of screws will be exposed at the bottom, you can take these off and to remove the whole box.
Happy hunting!
Manny N
98 1.8TQM

Audi designed that armrest a while ago, when they were pondering ways to improve their resale value....Then one of them got wise and drew up the A4.

clock in the A4 - it's been a year since anybody pronounced the car "ill-designed" and "ergonomically unacceptable" in this board because the clock is only visible to the driver.
We were living in an Infiniti commercial for a while....
This post had little to do with your lost watch, I'm just making a preemptive strike on a rather lame topic.
JCS
(P.S. - glad you found your watch - hope you don't want to drive an Infiniti)
