On my last three cars (all VWs) I have removed the relay that sounds when the key is left in the ignition or until the seat belt has been fastened. My office is at the end of a long dirt road in the middle of nowhere and I frequently leave the key in the ignition while I'm at work. I also sort of resent having the car tell me something that I already know. Does anyone else find these things annoying? Should I remove the chime relay in my new A4 Avant (1.8qms)? Has anyone else done it?<p>Thanks.
