I passed on the Bose system, based on the less than enthusiastic reviews I've read here.<p>My present car is a '98 2.8QTip, pearl/ecru. It's my 6th Quattro; the S4 will be #7. All have been sticks until my present Tip. I actually enjoyed that transmission more than I expected, but I couldn't justify anything but the 6 speed for the S4.<p>Anybody know a good way to make the wait go by more quickly???

Actually, carbonite freezing has been described in SW literature as being like a waking nightmare for the freezee. Something to the effect of "Fighting to take a breath but being unable to for all eternity"<p>I wouldn't want to do that for 4 months. Lost in Space or Austin Powers type freezing is probably a little more palatable for the long haul.
