K04's? Intercoolers? I am interested to see if they changed any internals to deal with more stress. Could be a few secrets for longevity for a tuned S4.

There are many S4's around with K04's, IC's, Injectors, etc. on stock internals that are making more power than 380 HP and are reliable.
