My PIAA Superwhite H7 bulbs (yes, both of them) were burned when I turn them on at -11 degree celcius (+ Windshield factor) I'm wondering whether these bulbs are made to withstand extreme weather, like the one we have in Toronto (Canada).

Were you extremely careful not to touch the bulbs when you installed them? Oil from your fingers will cause the bulbs to blow from extreme operating temperatures.
-jamie

I got mine in Vancouver. I think they will be available soon in Toronto. However, these are pretty expensive bulbs. ($100 - $120 per pair)
Try the archieve too, someone were offering a group order on these also.
DY
