All that has to be done is oil change ("don't know why you'd really need synthetic, heck they run just fine on the regular stuff") and the brake squeal fix. The silence was deafening when I quoted him the the TSB number on that one..<p>I was planning to get there by 1 p.m. and just wait until it was ready. Service closes at 6. Is this common for Audi? I've never had to leave a car all day for something this basic. It's extremely inconvienient, especially since "we can't get it done" during the Saturday 10-2 service period.<p>Same experience out there???<p>BDW '99 1.8Tqms
