Just wondering if anyone is using Stongard on the A4 and what opinion you may have of the product. Want to get some insight before ordering something that is adhered to the car's finish.
Thanks.
Terry
99 1.8TQS Tip

It looks good, the only problem I've had with it is wax tends to get pushed up under the edges.
Invaluable for crossing Snoqualmie Pass on a regular basis, especially during the winter.
The only problem that I have noticed is that the edges have incorporated a little of my local desert sand in a couple of spots, barely noticable and I am sure that Stongard will fix when I stop in at their Bellevue, WA shop in a couple of weeks. They are very accomodating and really stand behind their product.
Kirk
Kirk -- Where did you purchase you Stongard kit? In Bellevue? If so, how long did it take and at what price installed? I've checked their website and didn't see any dealers/installers on the eastside (Yakima, not the eatside of L. Washington!!)
1998.5 2.8 AvantQSTip
So you live in Yak? Yikes... (little joke)...
Well, I had my car shipped to Bellevue where Stongard installed it at their shop before I picked it up last November for it's virgin Snocrummy Pass traverse to its new home in the Sunny, but sleepy, Tri-Cities.
Their shop is between Northrup Road and Bel-Red Road on around 130th or 132nd or something. It is in the Evans Industrial Park across from RNR Auto Rebuild. Call them for better directions. I do not know of any shops on OUR Eastside which installs Stongard.
But, it is absolutely worth it. I just wish I could cover the entire hood with the crap.
Kirk
glowing during the day from the Tri-Cities Sun and during the night from the Hanford Nuclear Res. radiation...no I am not a Hanford nuke-type...
