I have a Vehicle Purchase Order that tells what I ordered, the cost, the amount of my deposit, and the amount of sales tax. It is only signed by me. The fine print says I am responsible for any increases. I have a feeling this is not a sales agreement. If not, can I get one or am I stuck?
