Just came back from my A4's 1 year service. I had them put in Mobil 1 10W-30. Also I complained that the heated mirrors were always cold, and so they replaced them stating the the old ones had too much resistance. Now the mirrors are quite toasty to the touch - any bets on how long that will last? I say about a month.<p>Overall service experience was good - they replaced the pollen filter, checked a bunch of things, reaimed spray nozzles.<p>I got a '97 2.8 automatic as a loaner. I must say I'm happy to have mine back. I was impressed by the smoothness of the 2.8, but power was sluggish, handling didn't seem as sharp, and I really didn't like the type of sound that the engine made (for some reason?).<p>Tom<br>1.8TQMS Silver/Ecru
