View Full Version : Dealer Suggestions in DC area? F Starr 06-15-1999, 11:38 AM I am moving to DC from Boston (so I will be needing a car), and most likely I will buy an A4.
Can anyone suggest a GOOD dealer to try?
Thanks, Francis
Bruce W 06-15-1999, 11:39 AM Jon C 06-15-1999, 11:44 AM I knew Chick from PCA events etc., for a few years before buying an A4 from him last summer; it was a very pleasant transaction. Got a good price on my trade and a good price on my 98 Avant. MarkS 06-15-1999, 12:00 PM I will almost certainly order my 2000 1.8TQMS from Tischer later this year. Those guys are some of the nicest sales people I've ever dealt with. If you want the name & number of the salesperson I'm talking to, feel free to e-mail me.
John G 06-15-1999, 02:25 PM If you check the archives, I think you'll find the most positive responses are for Heishman's in N. Virginia, and Tischer in Maryland, when considering both sales and service. I live in VA, and bought my 96 A4 at HBL in Tysons Corner, and a 99 A6 Avant for my wife at Heishman's in Arlington. I have both cars serviced at Heishman's, and I'll likely buy my next Audi (00 A4?) from Heishman's. Mike Mauer is another good salesman there.
Monica Lewinsky 06-15-1999, 03:37 PM The sales guys at HBL in Tyson's blow. Do yourself a favor and avoid them like the plague. I bought my Integra GS-R from Tisher in Silver Spring 2 years ago (it's quite a haul from where I live in Reston), but I did it on the advice of friends and it was well worth it. Those guys are first class all the way. Although I haven't purchased from Heishman's in Crystal City (Arlington), I've visited with them on more than one occasion and they're pretty cool. Besides that, this location sells Audi, BMW, and Porsche all under one (ok, 2) roof(s). Good luck. pips 06-15-1999, 04:15 PM i only have exp. with their service dept. they r damn good
pips Rhema 06-15-1999, 04:29 PM |
