Jim as time goes by you will find it is really hard to educate some of the people on this board. I worked in your field for 11 years, my last job was Sales Manager for Georgetown Jeep/Eagle, Wilton, CT. Every time I try to give people a view from the dealers side they usually want to argue, like the post I made earlier, about how dealers get paid for warranty and why I think a second stock ECU is the safest way to work with the dealers.I hope you have better luck, it seems to me you get along with some of these people better than I do, maybe the fact that I am over 40 and no longer have the patcience to deal with them accounts for it.Keep up the good work, they really need your help!
