just under the windshield on the passenger side. It takes a 10mm wench, just loosen the nut, the clamp should then just twist off. Always start with the ground clamp (it is the one closest to the passenger side), that way you can't short the wrench to ground when loosening the +12V post. If you do this bad things can happen (the battery has a lot of power stored in it). If your just unhooking the battery to do some electrical work you just need to disconnect the ground side. Be aware that your radio will go into safe mode (so find the radio code), and your power windows will need to be reset (it is in the manual under power windows, page 20 something I think) after you hook it back up.
