My dealer just called to tell me that my 99.5 1.8TQMS Trip/Sunroof/Weather Light Silver/Opal is on a truck to be delivered tomorrow! The 77 day wait is over! Ordered March 16th. He said that even if the strike happens, the car is on the truck already and that the trucking company is obligated to deliver any cars in their possession! I hope he's right about that! I'm not going to be able to get any work done the next two days!

When was your car built? I ordered mine on March 16th as well, it went into production on week 17. No news yet. Last I heard it was somewhere in the middle of the atlantic ocean.

I had a week 17 build date too. Two weeks ago my dealer gave me a VIN and told me it was on a ship. Now it is going to be ready to pickup Thursday morning. <p>So far this purchase has been a good experience. I knock on wood that it stays this way.

That is if the teamsters do not go to stike. Check the news the guys who drive the car trucks may go on strike tomorrow!<br>I am waiting to, my car just changed to truck status - whatever that means!<br>Good luck.
