I've seen the press release on the upcoming 99.5s that say they'll have "revised center consoles." Does anybody know exactly how they'll be changed from the 99 model consoles?
I could wait until March or April or whenever these things hit the showrooms, but I thought somebody here might be privy to the information.

You may want to check the archives from the past ten days for theclose-up picture of the revised interior. The center part of the steering wheel is the same color as the dash. This particular picture showed a new Symphony stereo with in-dash CD and casette. The large buttons sitting above the radio in the current A4 have been moved elsewhere. The heated seats controls are down by the climate control unit. There is new wood trim around the shifter (at least with Tiptronic), and the cupholders are revised again.
Got it. Thanks. I had been pretty diligent about looking for this up until a couple of weeks ago, and I figured for sure nobody would've posted this while I wasn't looking. Wrong, obviously.

The radio and temp controls look cleaner, but they should have kept the wood trim around them. I like the added wood trim around the shifter.
