It should be under warranty if it came from the factory that way, but unless your car is brand new, your dealer would have no reason to believe this was the case.

My local dealer, Overturf in Kennewick, WA was great. Even though I did not order the car from them, (I recently moved to the area) they were nice enough to cover the scratched Tip Aluminum gate (from day one) under warranty. I think it helps to be in a small town. But they were REALLY nice to do this.<p>I agree with Dale, though, if you have had the car a while, it may be a tough swing, (Mine had 1800 miles when I mentioned it)<p>Kirk<br>
