Key for furure dealings with Audi AG. AudiUSA is just as described, polite and incapable of providing help. Your best bet is to contact audi directly (in germany), or to talk to a friendly dealorship as either yourself or, if that fails, a perspective participant in the program. That will get you the info you want. If I find the number, though, I will e-mail you.

I work for Audi, and unfortunately have to tell you the program was discontinued at the end of 1998. All suppliers were notified in writing twice; it sounds as though your HR department might not have passed the word along. On behalf of the company, I certainly apologize for any confusion.<br>
