I just had the 7.5k mile service done on my 2.8 QTS. Service Manager Steve Marvel was very reluctant to use the synthetic oil I supplied (the service report states "Audi does not recommend synthetic oil"), plus "couldn't find a problem with the heated rear mirrors" (they have no IR scanner, and didn't measure resistances), and road-tested a highway-speed wind noise for only 0.4 miles round trip. They washed the car, but "forgot" to clean the brake-dust covered wheels.<p>So not too impressed with their service. Anyone got better experiences? //Steve
