I would wait to buy an extended warranty for about 1 year or so. If for some rare reason the car turns out to have lots of problems you may want to get another. Personally, I plan on getting one later this year. I plan on getting a 7 year/100,000 mile warranty. There are a lot of companies out there so shop around.
