Does anyone know if the A! Avantgarde mesh grill comes with the Audi 4 rings. The shop here suggest I get the Kamei black grill and then attach the original 4 rings on it. Sounds odd?

My Avantgarde front grill came with its own 4 rings.

Someone is telling you misinformation. The A!Avantgarde grill comes with the 4 rings...and an A!Avantgarde plastic emblem. The OEM 4 rings ARE NOT the same size as the aftermarket 4 rings, and as such, would NOT look too good, IMHO, on the aftermarket grills. I believe Kamei makes everyones grills, and then they are re-marketed under the names of Oettinger...LLtek...A!Avantgarde and Abt.<p>My advice...just get the A!Avantgarde one (I did). I got mine from Hoppen in mid to late 97. It was $165 at the time.<p>Steve S.<br>97 2.8QM

Grill does come with Audi rings & A!Avantgarde emblem, both of which can be attached or removed easily. Rings are not same as OEM.

if i remember correctly you can order the kamei grill from LLtek for $115 but w/o any emblems. they'll colour code to your car too, for extra$ of course.

The workmanship is terrible with bodywork. I had my boot all scratched when they tried to install the rear wing twice!<p>Should try Speedline, heard they are OK.
