Don't laugh...I'm serious....I am washing my car today...and I see small black pebble like things on my wheels....they are found randomly in the nooks and crannies in between the spokes of my Ronal R-28 wheels. They seem to be stuck to the wheel...and it takes some effort to get them off. My hypothesis is that these things are the Rofren Brake dust that somehow coagulated into little pebbles (by high heat?) and then adfixed themselves to my wheels. Anybody else with Rofren's, or any other aftermarket brake pads, experienced this phenomenon? Seems real weird to me. I never had this with my OEM pads and OEM wheels. Very weird.
Steve S.
97 2.8QM

I was going to post about this- with Rofren pads you apparently get little spattery hard black flecks that come off the rim with a little elbow gease, no scratches. At first I though it was something I was driving through.. but it's definitely the pads. Unless it's grated pad doo from the cross drilled rotors ??
