I have been going crazy about what chip to get!<br>I want realibility and performance what would you recommend? Wett? TAP? Neuspeed? I heard Wett has a plug andplay feature and is reversable. But I heard TAP is better according to European Car Magazine. Pls help me!

I've been investigating chips for my 98 Passat 1.8T. To add more confusion, anyone had experience with the Garrett chip? It too comes on a socket. Based on what I've seen on his web page (http://www.dvol.com/~users/gal/giac.htm) he seems to know what he is doing. He also has a chip for the tiptronic ECU.
