I have this kewl new techo/ dance mix CD that THUMPS and shakes all the windows and the rear view mirror. Just wishing I wasn't trapped in cube city for a few more hours today, it's 65 degrees and not a cloud in the sky, a little breeze stirrin up, the cherry trees and roses all in bloom (ahhhhhhh).... it's looking good for tomorrow's NorCal drive along the coast tomorrow......
Haha also have a great parking place this afternoon, Steve S, look out the front window. Three little A4's in a row (unless the other silver owner moved).....

must
try
to
concentrate
on
work
can't
do
it
help help.
One of my personal favorites it Yanni Live at the Acropolis, which I seem to chase with Guns and Roses, or some other screaming assult on my senses. I took the day off work, of course the wife drove the Audi, so I can't go for a drive in that one, my other one isn't here yet (see impatient below). I thought about going for a street bike ride, that is always good to blow off some aggression. But, the temp just dropped 10 degrees and snowed about an inch. Those sticky sport bike tires don't seem to have much use for snow.......Staring off into space, making VRooommmmmmm sounds..
Depends upon the drive. Single Gun Theory or Brahms for track. Good flow and rythms. ;-)

Man I just love Kraftwerk...I'm a huge Techno and Electronica fan myself...I've got a ton of stuff...especially Kraftwerk.
Saw them in concert last June...wow it was more than I could have ever expected. They were great...the stage was amazing..tons of consoles and computers...synths you name it. They had a big video screen behind them that was syched to the music. And for the grand finalle..the walked off stage..the curtain dropped...we though it was all over, when the curtain began to rise...they had a fixture descend from the ceiling that had the 4 robots (you know the ones in the MIX album jacket) on it...and they were computer controlled...it was F#$CKING the coolest.
Anyhow if you ever have the opportunity see them live in concert you'll be amazed how cool it really is.
Sorry so long.

I'd love to see them. Sounds like a great show. Talk about a band ahead of its' time, Kraftwerk was playing Techno and singing songs about "Computer Love" back in the 1970s!
Another fun concert I went to was Devo years ago in San Diego. I was able to get backstage passes, and met the hip nerds in person. I even got to sing a few words during the concert, as the lead singer who I had just met, came into the audience (I was in the front row), and had 2 or 3 audience members sing a few words. Very cool!

I loved that album ("Trio and Error") when it came out in the early '80s. Thanks to the VW ad, it's been re-issued. I recommend to anyone who loves low-tech, big-fun music. It was made to be listened to in a German car!
BTW, it was produced by Klaus Voorman, former session guy, artist (he drew the cover of "Revolver") and drinking buddy of the Beatles.
