Jeez, the headlights sure are wimpy! I find myself driving with the high beams on at night. I've done it for the last 3 nights (left high beams on) and NOT A SINGLE DRIVER FLASHED HIS LIGHTS AT ME!
Is there a solution without spending $500 for new European units? Osram used to sell cheater or racing bulbs, 60/80 watt low/high rating as well as 55/100. But this does not seem to be a wattage problem, the top of the pattern is just cut too low.
Help!
EW

The headlights can easily be adjusted and there are even degrees shown. Open the hood and there are a set of screws for side to side and up and down. I found my lights too low and had your same problem. After mooving them up a little it made a world of difference. My side to side was right on and I only needed them a little higher. They tend to shine just slightly to the left to avoid blinding other drivers. I parked against my garage door after dusk and used the door as a guide to allign the lights. Hope this helps. Steve
