I'm more and more convinced that my 1.8T has a hose leak/split somewhere. Symptoms, as I've posted before, are decreased boost and moaning air-type noise under load. The problem is, I've been unable to find exactly which hose(s) are the culprit. This is made more difficult, of course, by the fact that the hoses appear to be ok when not under load-- and obviously I can't be under the hood while accelerating in second gear to see which are causing the noise!<br>Short of removing and examining every hose methodically, does anyone have any tips on an easier way to tell which hoses may be faulty?
