Flew in from out of town for work and got on the road to pick up my A4! I live in Peoria, IL and had to drive up to Davenport, IA to the dealer. My 99.5 1.8T QMS Santorin/Opal leatherette with sunroof (and free Bose!!) looks AWESOME!!! I'm so excited! The drive back home was great! I made sure to vary both engine and ground speed as much as I can on the 100 mile journey. I love this car!!!!! Drives real well, the clutch is a whole lot smoother than my Honda.<p>I ordered last week of January, and picked it up yesterday, so that put me right at 3 months, just as the dealer promised me. I think he screwed up the order though, so he had to locate one, which he did, but came with the Bose that I didn't want, so he gave it to me for free, but removed the CD changer -- no big deal, I'll just get one from Clair.<p>Just washed it this morning, had to get all those bugs off the front end from the drive home and clean off the brake dust. I ordered mine the last week of Jan, too. Just picked it up Thursday. I can't believe how much get up and go this thing has.<p>It's FABULOUS!<p>The 5-speed shifts like a dream. The sport seats hold you in when you hit the corners hard. The stereo sounds great. I really like the red illumination. I didn't realize that the speedometer, tach, etc. are always backlit. That's a neat feature. I also really like the new 99.5 headlights.<p>Only complaint is that the back seat is pretty tight. But, I'll never be sitting back there so it's not a big downside.<p>As Ferris Bueller said, "If you have the means, I highly reccomend you pick one up." OK, so he was reffering to a classic Ferrari but I would hightly reccomend this car to anyone.<p>99.5 Volcano 2.8Q/Ecru Leather
