I have 107K mi on my 2001 AR and have no extended warranty. I have enough experience with my car to know that it is a good car and seems reliable. I had an Audi Assured 100K warranty on it. Having said that, in the 90K range I did have them replace both the solar sunroof-warm weather package- ($1800) and the air pump for the air suspension ($1200 or so , I believe). Those were the only major hits in the 50K to 100K range of usage.
