Been a while since your description here and the images don't show up...but I have an '01 allroad and just received the blitzsafe adapter from autotoys for 1998-2001 audis...the 13-pin adapter which I thought was correct. But I didn't check the allroad first, and now when I opened up the back and pulled the foam-covered connector from behind the empty cd changer housing, lo and behold it is far from a round 13 pin connector...rather more like a straight serial cable. Am I just looking at the wrong cable...or being an idiot?
