sooooo......after protesting that nobody has service the car besides this particular dealer the past three years, and no, I don't do wheelies off curbs....my service adviser tells me he did some digging and found the pan! It turns out they have a "room" upstairs with "extra" parts from cars that they serviced. So lol and behold, my belly pan was up there. It seems "someone" must have left off the belly pan during a previous service. No apology from the dealer, but at least my service advisor was diligent enough to dig back through the paperwork and find the thing. For this I do give him credit. Hopefully my MPG goes back up a couple three. Lately I've been getting kinda lousy mileage and this is probably why.

Other than that, they changed out the window guide clips and performed the gas tank line recall. 3 other cars in our household, and I still and I still like the allroad the best!
