Angry "Key not detected" and other drive systems errors

I have a 2022 Audi S8-purchased new. I have had the "key not detected" since my vehicle was new along with many other "drive assistance" errors had its first service at 1000 miles and now fast forward to 23 months of ownership and 18,000 miles, my car has been in the shop for a collective 75 days and counting. Yes we have replaced key batteries multiple times.
I am on my 3rd dealership and Audi USA has declined to assist. I hired an attorney and suit filed last week. I would love any suggestions as I am at the end of my rope. This car was $157k and Audi has denied any buyback. I think they treat Jetta owners better.

I have "driver assistance malfunction" warnings at least once a day but the message disappears only seconds after appearing and I've noticed it occurs at the exact same places every time. For example, it pops up a message every time I come to the first intersection as I leave my neighborhood. I don't know what triggers it but I don't let it bother me. Now the key not being detected is another matter. Is there anything metallic or electrical that could be in your pocket that might be interfering with the reception to the kessy modules?

I appreciate your thoughts...I still have the "key not detected" when the key is in the cupholder where I am told is next to the key sensor. Total annoying mystery to me and the dealers.

Have you looked into the Lemon Laws in your state?

Keep us posted on this since you filed suit. Curious to see how Audi will react. Did they ever send a tech to check the car out, or did they rely on what the dealership is telling them?
