Dashcam hardwire question.
Hi all. Looking to hardwire my Nextbase dash cam into my recently aquired D5. Just wondering which fuse people are using, and which fusebox?(dash or footwell?). Ive previously installed in both my Skoda Superbs, and used the rear windscreen wiper fuse,as not a permanent live, but the A8 obviously doesnt have a rear wiper. Just after some advice from someone who has already installed one. Car is UK based if that makes any difference, although i suspect not. Thanks in advance

Slightly off topic, I went for a Black Vue rather than a Nextbase, because I was nervous 're my lack of expertise and the A8's complexity !
I bought a Black Vue twin camera pack with the Conecta plug which goes into the diagnostic socket to the right of (a RHD) wheel. It's been great, and avoided me fusing something ! You also have a flick switch to choose if you want the camera to stay on when parked, until the battery gets low, or not.
