The closest a A8 will feel like an S8 would be with Sport Suspension and and dynamic package and sport rear differential. Without that, its a huge difference.

Where are you located? I am in the north Dallas area. Come by and you can drive my S8 Plus around and see for yourself if there's a difference.

Since many of the S8/S8 Plus models have larger diameter wheels with lower profile tires (stock), I bet the A8 is going to be smoother on the road. Plus many of the A8 cars around here are the L version (long wheelbase) so that will contribute to a better ride too.
