New Owner dialing Tone Entry Question
I have an Audi A8 - 2015
When I have called a number and it asks to press 1 for sales 2 for service - how do I quickly do that? My salesman told me to press the number pad but that shifts it to the Radio presets. There has to be an easy way without several clicks to do this.

No way other than turning and pushing the MMI **** that I'm aware of.
Incredibly slow and annoying especially when entering 3+ digit extension numbers.
The easiest thing I've found is to press the buttons on the phone itself after the call connects.
