The setting is not in MMI, it is on the high beam stalk. But again, the auto dim feature will not work or even show that it is on until there is an appropriate level of darkness. I just turn on the high beams and the system does the rest.

Excited to be a part of the Audi family for the first time!

So after some research, I have discovered that the high beam assist was part of the advanced camera package in 2013. That's one option I don't have so it's plain old manual high beams for me.

I don't have the advanced camera option but I do have the auto high beams feature...

I don't appear to have it. I wonder if it was a mid-year addition? Is there some trick to getting it to activate? I went out on the darkest road I could find and could not get anything but the normal blue high beam light.

I am going to have to try mine again. I tried it in the garage but maybe the car needs to be in drive. This is my wifes car so I never am driving it in the dark and even back from dinner it is still light.

I hope I have this!

Also, I have a late 2013 edition (August 2013 purchase) and no advanced camera/night vision package which is also the only option I didn't opt for
