I have the 20" "5 segment spoke design" (per the 2012 A 8 sport pkg) with new Pirelli all season tires---like new condition

I would trade for the 20" "10 parallel spoke design" (also shown in item D above from the 2015 order line up)---

thanks, Dave

Mine are the 10 spoke in picture D.
They are my favorite looking ones, understated and classic, but it's frustrating there are so few tire choices

The 19" 15 spoke in picture A would be my other preference only to get a better ride and the Conti DW tires I loved on the D3.
No way I could even remotely justify the expense though.
Since mine are pristine I'd only want pristine replacement, which being as particular as I am would likely mean new.
And then there is the shipping, new tires, etc, so I'll live with these another year...

If you like mine---and they are nearly perfect----we'd be a good match.

I'm coming out of a 2002 S8 (best car I've ever owned--drove it for 10 years) and this 2011 A 8 with sport package and in dynamic mode--seems like a limo to me---it is firm--but floats compared to what I'm used to. I'd describe my S8 as a sports car with 4 doors.

I'm having a bit of an adjustment problem moving to my new ride--(but overcoming it very quickly!)

So, I don't think the 19" providing a comfort ride is appealing to me (but is appealing if it saves me a bent rim or two)

wonder if I could find a way to trade out of what I own into what I'd prefer--for close to even money ?

I like them but would prefer to go to a 19.
These Goodyear ASSymmetric's are driving me crazy(er) and I don't want to try to make a Conti 'fit' them.
With less than 9,000 on them it's a hard pill to swallow just for the hell of it too..
Am due for service so will see what my SA has to say.

I missed the D3 for about a day and a half, then got used to the feel of the D4.
Love seeing the looks on faces when I have a full house and get on it

Do you have the sport diff on yours ?
Derf has me sold on getting that next time.

Comfort would be a big plus for me, but it's all about those darn tires - so it's more of a noise comfort issue.
I also worry about bent rims or getting the wheel out of round with these 20's.

what other Audi models would my 20" wheels fit up to? Maybe I can broaden my market for them
Mine are now perfect---and will only degrade and now would be the time to move out of them--and into the ones I prefer.

I have the sport package---so I have the sport differential Since I've only driven one non sport A8 and then only for 20 minutes on a test drive--I can't comment on the difference.
No doubt---the D4 is amazingly solid---terrific car

How about aftermarket multispoke wheels? Blaque Diamond has a new collection of 20" wheels
