Default WANTED: A8 Roof Rack Crossbars / Base Carrier Bars (4E0071126)

As title suggests, looking to see if anyone has a *genuine* set of factory Audi Crossbars / Base Carrier Bars for the D3 they may want to part with - pretty sure this is part# 4E0-071-126. It's the crossbars shown in the below pics...I know these bars may not be the most popular with folks (since they tend to crease the door seals), but gearing up for winter and the whole family of 4 is now skiing...so likely turning the A8 into our go-anywhere rig for the season. We do have the ski pass-through opening, but admittedly lots of times we have an extra body or the German Shepherd in the car (yes, you read that right....we cram the shepherd in the back of the A8, blasphemy to some I'm sure .

Crossbars should be the ones shown below (not the rack, just the bars...*not* going that far extreme with the A8 yet!):

So....dare I say, I actually think I may like those *better* than the factory ones (look a little sleeker and closer to the roofline). Yeah, if you don't mind dig up the part number/model would be great - I poked around on their website a little, but was having trouble getting pics to load.

I found where i got them and the fit kit. Had to order on line and they might have given me a better price. Profile is way better than OEM.

Found the part numbers from Roof Rack Flush Bars | Whispbar I emailed them throuygh ebay asking about the S8/K419 combo at the $249.99 price. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Complete-Wh...0AAOSwa39U0~v7

Awesome! So they fit similar to the factory bars...the feet slide into the gutter area, and the fit kit just wraps around to the door seal area? No permanent modifications/etc required? Are they fairly easy on/off when you fit them?

Awesome, thanks man - much appreciated. On an unrelated note - which rims are those on your '05 A8? Don't recall seeing those before, what size are they 19s?

Fitted the Whispbars today and definitely pleased overall...the "ski" attachment is en route, should be here later this month hopefully.
