Volume not working on MMI Control Panel

Anyone have this issue: The volume control on the MMI is not working. All other MMI button/functions seem to be fine. The volume control is working fine from the steering wheel.

Try a vagcom scan to see whats up or an MMI reboot.

+1. Sounds kinda like Pepsi Syndrome--aka spill on surface that hits board underneath. Scan may reveal more.

Tried MMI Reboot, will scan tonight. Results of scan were that the Volume control **** is not sending values. Next step will be to disassemble and utilize contact cleaner to try to resolve issue.
