VIN doesn't contain information you are looking for. Dealers have access to the Audi database where they can check installed options.

I think it does. AT least Mercedes vin does as I used to check them In Mercedes EPC software. And the decoder on here says:

WOW! Looks like Wug has it covered better than I do! Very nice work. I'm not sure if it is because the car is out of the NA market but ETKA will not let me print or save the entire breakdown like it does for other NA cars (NA = North America).
