I'm not sure about the sport vs. regular, but there is a difference between the S8 and A8. The difference being the S8 uses stiffer bushings. You can use them in an A8 if you want to firm things up a bit.

You might want to review your own links again...
Typically when Audi part numbers vary at the last digit for a given vehicle fitment, they are for the left and right sides. Look again at the listings you posted and you can see that in the text. If it is a fitment option like sport or non-sport, that is usually signified by letter suffixes (often two) after the last digit.
Not sure where you are going w/ this, but if you are actually dealer ordering, they can just do a VIN look up to confirm fitment.

I could not find any credible information about A8 S8 bushing differences, except the price. Can you pass the link where we can find this?

Reconfirming note to self: ABSOLUTELY buy OE
Poking at this more, I found the "E" version is the generally normal one. The "F" version seems to be for S8's. Also listed on Euro EKTA as being used for the armored D3's.
Then I started noticing the cross fitments to the C6 A6. Okay, so then I figured I would check the C6 RS6 (the unobtainium one in the US). It came up with the "F" version again. Between that and the armored reference, about enough for me to decide when the time comes again, I will probably use the "F" variant.
Well, then I tried one last Google search and found this: http://cn.oemol.com/oem/oem_detail_s...407505F&lan=en
That's when I realized, again, holy ^&$%, the D3 control arms really do cross over to the #1 Audi sold in China, the A6 and particularly the A6L. Even better, how about the "become a supplier" link in that web page I linked? Truly scary. Thus, to my mind confirmation to be really careful with any non Audi sourced control arms. They are used in China and presumably then aftermarket supplied as well, including eventually perhaps by "become a supplier" mysteries. Thus, as I already had decided after my C5 A6 experiences with "Meyle" parts that conveniently had no country of origin markings on them anywhere that I could find, my future suspension component purchases continue to be from Audi dealers, or at most if I ever saw them actually available here, a confirmed Euro OES supplier like TRW.

Could explain THIS
https://www.fcpeuro.com/products/vw-...-rear-101-5968
Says it's made by a "domestic manufacturer". Hmmm
Never mind, seems legit. FCP says they've carried the line for ~7 years without major issues

Meyle--don't think so.
See the earlier post of mine. Specifically, one Meyle arm failed at the rubber boot in less than 30K miles on my 2000 C5 A6 with almost the same aluminum arm set up as the D3. In addition, there were no country of origin markings on the parts when I examined them. That is typically required by law in most western countries, and to me an indicator of dubious real origin.
Net buy OE/OES or waste time and $ in longer run.
